Ryan Tng: Ryan believes in an optimal globaly ecosystem that will only be attained when Man’s know-how is at equilibrium with his own competitive edge. While there are many aspects of man’s know-how, social innovation is one aspect that is gaining much prominence in recent years as more witness the positive leverage it can have upon targeted groups/communities. Having previously interacted with youth leaders from the IMF-World Bank Meeting 2006 and communities from his Youth Expedition Trip to Cambodia, he understands that resources are actually available to drive social entrepreneurship. However, the challenge will lie in overcoming the initial inertia and managing theses resources effectively in the long run. |
